Following a successful application to DEFRA for funding, Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Service has received grant funding to significantly enhance their flood and water rescue capabilities within the county. After extensive trials the evaluation team led by Darren Stones made the decision that the package submitted in partnership with Specialised Inflatable Technology was the preferred option to meet their ongoing operational requirements. We are delighted to have been awarded the contract and look forward to rolling out the supply of craft and accessories which will put Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue at the forefront in dealing with the serious dangers and problems caused by flooding in the future. Fire fire & rescue service received numerous calls for assistance and were in attendance at many incidents pumping out properties in the Rosyth area. Safequip are pleased to announce that we are exhibiting at the Seawork exhibition in Southampton this week. We will be co-exhibiting with one of our partner companies Searchwise Ltd who will once again have the dive tank on show with various activities and new products being profiled this year.
